Heavy Weldmesh is widely used throughout a multitude of sectors and industries ranging from:

Due to the heavy weldmesh consisting of thicker gauge wire, it is much stronger and less malleable than light weldmesh. It is therefore able to offer strength, security, and longevity wherever it is applied.

There are many different gauges available for the heavy weldmesh ranging from 4.75mm - 1.8mm.

The mesh is resistance welded at every intersection with the minimum average weld being the strength value of 75% of the minimum breaking strength of the wire.

Applications can range from Metal staircases, Mezzanine floor anti-fall barriers, Storage racking, Hazardous substance / Security cages, to Animal enclosures.

The smooth plastic coating offers both an attractive finish, as well as an increased lifespan of up to 10 years (if used in normal conditions).

Applications can range from Residential, Construction, Filtration, Security, Sports & Leisure and Recreational areas such as Parks. 

Stainless Steel Weldmesh is renowned for its high corrosion resistance.

It offers a longer lifespan than that of galvanised steel weldmesh.

The most common grade stocked would be Grade 304 however, Grade 316 may be available for select sizes.
